Visit the roof top of Malaga Cathedral
Some weeks ago here on the blog of Hotel Yaramar we recommended you not to miss the new museums recently opened in Malaga city.
Today we recommend you another great thing to do in Malaga as from tomorrow, 12th of May, the roof top of the cathedral is open to the public.
Visitors will have to climb more than 200 steps and will end up being 164 ft high, but once they have reached the top they will enjoy some breathtaking views of the city.
Tickets are available at the ticket office of ArsMalaga, an art centre located in Plaza del Obispo, situated just opposite the cathedral.
Visits are guided and available every 30 minutes from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 A.M to 2:30 P.M.
Besides, from the 29th of May it will also be possible to visit it on Friday evenings from 8:30 P.M., which means visitors will be able to contemplate some stunning sunsets from there.
The general price of the ticket for the morning-afternoon visits is 6€, though till the end of August the citizens of the city and province will be able to visit it for just 1€. Regarding the evening visit, its regular price will be 10€ while locals will pay 6€.
As you can see each day Malaga has more and better things to offer, so we certainly recommend you to make the most of your holiday at Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, by visiting it.
Why don’t you lose yourself in its quaint streets and visit its lovely monuments? Our beautiful Malaga is worth to explore!
