HOTEL YARAMAR provides a specific communication channel that serves as a tool for making inquiries, raising doubts, and/or presenting complaints related to the application of our Business Code of Ethics and for reporting any possible irregularity, non-compliance, or behavior contrary to ethics, legality, criminal offenses, and the rules that govern this group.
All communications made through this channel will be confidential and may be anonymous, as the security software tool used guarantees anonymity. The sender will be protected against any attempt at retaliation. Furthermore, documentation considered appropriate may be attached to the communications. In case the sender wishes to identify themselves, an optional section has been enabled in the Communication Channel to enter their details.
